Fill PDF Form

Fill in fillable PDF forms online — text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns — and save the completed PDF.

Runs in your browser — your data never leaves your device.

    About the Fill PDF Form

Many application, admission and government forms are “fillable” PDFs. This tool lists every field in the form so you can fill it in comfortably — even on a phone — and saves a completed copy.

Tick Lock the answers to flatten the form, so the answers become part of the page and cannot be changed by mistake.

How to use the Fill PDF Form

    1. Choose or drop a fillable PDF form.
    2. Fill in the fields shown (the small grey text is each field's internal name).
    3. Optionally tick Lock the answers.
    4. Click Save filled PDF.

    How it works

The form's AcroForm fields are read with pdf-lib. Your answers are written into the fields and the field appearances are regenerated so every PDF reader shows them. Flattening converts the fields into ordinary page content.

    Examples

    • A 4-page admission form with 35 fields → filled and saved in a few minutes.
    • A tax or bank form → filled, locked and ready to print or email.

    Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to your server?

No. The PDF is opened and processed by your own browser. It never leaves your device, so it is safe for private documents.

It says my PDF has no fillable fields.

Some forms are just scanned pages. Use our Sign PDF tool and its Text option to type on the page instead.

    Can I type in Urdu?

Not in form fields — the standard PDF font supports English letters and numbers only. Use Sign PDF to add Urdu text as an image.
