About the Sign PDF
Sign forms, contracts, letters and applications without printing and scanning. Create your signature by drawing it with a mouse or finger, typing your name in a handwriting style, or uploading a photo of your signature on white paper — the white background is removed automatically.
Click on the page to place it, then drag to move or resize. You can also add text such as your name, the date or “Approved” (Urdu works too), and sign several pages before saving.
How to use the Sign PDF
- Choose or drop the PDF.
- Create your signature: Draw, Type, Upload a photo of it, or add Text such as the date.
- Click on the page where it should go. Drag it to adjust, use the corner to resize, ✕ to remove. Use ◀ ▶ to sign other pages.
- Click Save signed PDF.
How it works
Your signature is turned into a transparent PNG image in the browser. When you save, it is drawn onto the original PDF pages with pdf-lib at exactly the position and size you chose; the page's own rotation and crop are taken into account. The rest of the document is unchanged.

Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded to your server?
No. The PDF is opened and processed by your own browser. It never leaves your device, so it is safe for private documents.
Is this a legally valid signature?
It is an image of your signature, like signing a printed page. Many everyday documents accept this, but some official or banking documents require a certificate-based digital signature or a wet signature — check with the receiver.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Draw your signature with your finger in the box, then tap the page to place it.
